AUSTRIA

Austria is a landlocked country bordered by Switzerland, Liechenstein, Germany, the Czech Republic, the Slovak Republic, Hungary, Slovenia and Italy. With the diversity of cultures between the main cities, each one influenced by the neighbouring country, the climate similar to that of Britain will not detract from the beautiful landscape. Austria is renowned for having scenery beyond compare; Lush green valleys are filled with exquisite colours of spring and summer flowers and crowned by snow-capped peaks. Add to this the mountain scenery, criss-crossed with streams, waterfalls and crystal-clear lakes.
